Explore our engineered primary product series optimized for Polish industrial corridors, including logistics centers in Poznań, shipyard applications in Gdańsk, and heavy manufacturing in Katowice.
Poland has solidified its status as one of Europe’s leading manufacturing engine rooms. Positioned at the geographical heart of Europe, Polish industrial corridors in regions such as Silesia, Lower Silesia (Wrocław), and Wielkopolska host massive manufacturing complexes. The demand for highly advanced magnet assemblies has scaled rapidly due to the relocation of global automotive assembly lines and battery storage developments.
As manufacturers transition to automated architectures, heavy-machinery engineering, and complex automotive electronics, basic magnet blocks no longer satisfy system integrations. High-precision magnet assemblies—where sintered NdFeB blocks are integrated with steel casings, protective sleeves, sensors, and structural coatings—are required to optimize performance, minimize weight, and extend operational lifespans under aggressive manufacturing stresses.
Request Local Case StudiesDelivering magnetic materials that conform to strict European environmental standards and withstand rigorous mechanical challenges.
Standard NdFeB begins losing magnetism above 80°C. Our assemblies utilize specialized UH, EH, and AH grades with Dysprosium-diffusion processing, ensuring magnetic stability at continuous operational temperatures exceeding 180°C in high-performance automotive motors and robotics.
For Baltic marine operations and harsh chemical environments, we apply advanced epoxy, parylene coatings, or hermetically sealed stainless steel (316L) housings. These methods shield neodymium from oxygen and moisture, avoiding structural degradation.
We utilize 2D and 3D simulation tools to optimize magnetic circuits, including Halbach arrays, to maximize flux density. This allows us to reduce active material weight while maintaining strong pulling forces for high-demand applications.
Established in 1999, Zhejiang Laysun Magnetics Ltd. has evolved into an advanced manufacturing partner for high-efficiency rare earth NdFeB permanent magnets. Operative across a 100,000 m² modern facility, our 300+ engineering specialists generate an annual output of 5,000 tons of premium rare earth materials.
By integrating raw material sourcing, multi-stage vacuum sintering, precision wire-cutting, auto-electroplating, and rigorous testing, we guarantee direct traceability. This closed-loop process ensures consistent structural and performance characteristics, preventing material variability in production runs.
Engineered magnetic systems built to optimize efficiency, lower mechanical wear, and support long-term operation in challenging environments.
Poland has become a manufacturing hub for EV batteries and components in Lower Silesia. We provide high-coercivity NdFeB segments, precision rotor assemblies, and EPS (Electric Power Steering) sensor magnets designed to meet IATF 16949 standards.
Discuss Automotive Specifications →Automation lines in Upper Silesian manufacturing hubs depend on precise actuator motion and robotic gripping. Our custom magnetic grippers, linear motor assemblies, and high-performance servo motor magnets support rapid and reliable production cycles.
Discuss Robotics Integrations →As offshore wind developments expand in the Baltic Sea, generators require highly stable magnet rotors. Our heavy-duty assemblies are treated with anti-corrosion barrier coatings to withstand high salt and humidity conditions over extended lifespans.
Discuss Offshore Power Solutions →Procurement within the EU requires strict adherence to safety, environmental, and chemical standards. Zhejiang Laysun Magnetics ensures that all shipments bound for Poland, Germany, and the broader EU comply with European guidelines:
For shipping and logistics, our partnerships support sea transport to the Port of Gdańsk, air freight options, and overland rail transport via the Chengdu-Łódź Express Railway Corridor, helping meet tight scheduling demands.

For manual and motorized magnet lifters, CE certification is mandatory to verify compliance with European safety regulations. Magnetic components used in electrical or electronic devices must also comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Zhejiang Laysun Magnetics provides full documentation with every shipment.
Standard Neodymium (N-grade) has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. For industrial environments in automotive and motor manufacturing, we utilize high-coercivity grades (M, H, SH, UH, EH, or AH), which maintain magnetic stability at temperatures up to 220°C through the inclusion of Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb).
For environments exposed to moisture or marine conditions, standard Ni-Cu-Ni plating is insufficient. We recommend and supply rubber-coated NdFeB assemblies, epoxy, zinc, or hermetically sealed stainless steel housings to prevent moisture penetration and preserve magnetic performance.
Depending on the order volume and shipping method chosen, sea transport to the Port of Gdańsk takes approximately 30 to 35 days. Rail transport via the Chengdu-Łódź line takes about 15 to 18 days, while urgent customized orders can be sent via air freight in 5 to 7 days.
