Since permanent magnets are highly specialized, unit prices depend heavily on raw material indices (Neodymium, Dysprosium, Cobalt), dimensional tolerances, coating types, and ordering volumes. To receive an accurate pricelist, please provide the desired Grade (e.g., N35H, N52), dimensions with tolerances, coating preference (NiCuNi, Zinc, or Epoxy), and monthly/annual quantity forecasts.
Standard NdFeB is prone to corrosion. The most common solution is multi-layered Nickel-Copper-Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating. For outdoor or high-humidity environments, we recommend black or grey Epoxy coating, which offers excellent salt spray resistance (up to 48–96 hours). For extreme environments, specialized coatings like Everlube or Teflon are available.
