Seoul, along with its extensive Gyeonggi-Incheon metropolitan corridor, stands as a premier global hub for advanced manufacturing. Across the region, including sectors in the Magok Industrial Complex and the Gasan Digital Complex, demand is shifting toward highly customized magnet assemblies that offer elevated performance, stability, and durability.
From automated guide systems and precision sensors to complex assembly configurations inside microelectronics, specialized permanent magnets form the foundation of modern automation. Standard magnetic parts are no longer sufficient to meet the mechanical tolerances, thermal demands, and strict anti-demagnetization requirements of Korea’s high-tech manufacturing pipelines.
Zhejiang Laysun Magnetics Ltd. addresses this demand by providing high-performance rare earth magnets and custom magnetic assemblies engineered to support Seoul’s automated assembly lines, robotic complexes, and consumer electronics manufacturing.

Supporting advanced electronics, electric vehicles, and robotics hubs across South Korea.
Advanced magnetic components are essential for vacuum pick-and-place arms, linear drive motors, and non-contact transfer systems in display and semiconductor fabrication plants.
South Korea's automotive industry requires high-performance NdFeB magnet blocks and arc segments designed for Electric Power Steering (EPS) motors and high-torque EV drive systems.
We supply lightweight magnetic assemblies with optimized torque density to the robotics companies in Guro and Gyeonggi, supporting precision servo actuators and collaborative robotic arms.
Our facility in Suining, Sichuan, spanning 100,000 square meters, serves as the production core for Zhejiang Laysun Magnetics. With an annual capacity of 5,000 tons of rare earth magnets, we supply international businesses seeking consistent supply, cost efficiency, and technical accuracy.
By using automated sintering technology and real-time monitoring of raw material ratios, we produce high-performance NdFeB magnets with precise dimensional tolerances (down to ±0.01mm) and stable magnetic values. This helps protect global and regional production chains in Seoul against raw material fluctuations.
Additionally, our comprehensive testing labs conduct key quality evaluations, including salt spray testing, PCT (Pressure Cooker Test), and demagnetization curve analysis, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Engineered for stability, chemical resilience, and magnetic efficiency under diverse temperature environments.

Everything you need to know about purchasing, material grades, and customization limits.
For custom NdFeB magnet configurations and complex assemblies, the typical lead time ranges between 3 to 4 weeks. This includes final engineering validation, tooling setup, high-vacuum sintering, surface plating, and shipping. If the components are already standard catalog parts, shipping can be coordinated through regional shipping channels within a few business days.
We purchase high-purity rare earth oxides from trusted smelters. Each batch of raw material undergoes spectral analysis to verify composition and purity before processing in our automated vacuum induction melting furnaces. All finished parts undergo magnetic property testing to verify remanence, coercivity, and maximum energy product.
For environments with high humidity, standard Ni-Cu-Ni plating may not provide sufficient protection over time. We recommend using black or grey epoxy coating, or polymer protective barriers, which offer high moisture resistance. For severe conditions, we also supply rubber-coated options to prevent direct exposure and physical damage.
Standard Neodymium magnets (N grades) are rated for temperatures up to 80°C. Exceeding this limit can cause permanent demagnetization. For applications requiring higher thermal resistance, such as industrial motors or automotive actuators, we supply H, SH, UH, EH, and AH grades, which can operate at temperatures up to 200°C without significant loss of magnetic force.
